Customer distributes a number of different funds through different distribution channels, heavily leveraging Wirehouse and Brokerage firms as distribution partners. Customer sought to identify account behavior and operational responses that would allow them to minimize costs and thereby increase their clients’ liquidity and performance without undue expense.
The customer used its pre-existing DiFi data layer and the DiFi connection to Tableau server to deploy a solution that exceeded its goals by:
- enabling a non-technical, strategically-focused team to identify policy changes that can reduce annual administrative costs by millions and increase account liquidity
- gaining crucial insight into the management of their funds and expand their analytical capabilities across other fund operations
- implementing a proof-of-concept in under 2 hours by non-technical users
